I stayed at the hotel three times within 20 days, for a total of 11 nights. I like this hotel. The location is excellent, the staff is generally pleasant and helpful. I felt well.

(1) The hotel cannot get the internet system to work properly. Constant interruptions. Constant excuses. Constant waste of time. Very frustrating. (2) The service in the restaurant is unacceptably unfriendly. We had taken half a bottle of wine with us to the room from one visit to the restaurant, and brought it back later - to be told that a corkage charge of BRL 45,00 will apply. We left the restaurant - in total disgust (3) All staff apart from the restaurant staff tend to be friendly and helpful, except the Chinese looking reception employee who is brash, aggressive, and argumentative. I would either get rid of him, or send him to a training course in behaviour. .

Luxurious sheets in the room were amazingly smooth - like sleeping on a cloud! 🌟 Such a delightful stay at this cozy spot.

I've got upgrade room and staff is very kind. Room was very clean. I couldn't try though, threre are Spa and Sauna in this hotel. Breakfast was very delicious.

The room is nicely decorated and tidy, featuring stylish modern bathrooms.

upscale hotel with attentive staff, has good location in lhotel porto bay. the rooms are nicely decorated and large with coffee and tea making equipment, an ironing set, and a work desk. this property offers a fresh and massive breakfast. thank you for a perfect 10/10 stay.

Cozy, not crowded hotel. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Comfortable, clean rooms. Perfect location near transportation, restaurants, and banks.

This hotel was excellent. Buffet breakfast was great along with the service. value for money was great. Would definately reccommend this hotel to anyone.

Only issue was the walls are very thin. Could hear the couple next door all night! What a stallion!!

The location on Avenida Paulista is perfect, close to everything. The staff was incredibly attentive and provided top-notch service. The rooms were modern and well-appointed, with the most luxuriously smooth sheets I've ever slept on. The bathrooms were clean and had good lighting, and the terraces offered a lovely view of the surrounding area. The breakfast, although not included in the rate, offered a great assortment of delicious options.

Breakfast could have been better. Good selection of fruit but the cold meats did not cater to non pork eaters!!

The staff were amazing especially the Concierge Alex who went the extra mile....certainly made a difference to our trip!
